THE PARTIES
www.trobex.com copyrighted and all rights reserved by PT Solusindo Daya Prima, having its office at Bali, Indonesia at Jl. Raya Kuta 88R, Kuta 80361, hereafter referred to as ‘trobex’, is the provider of online marketing, promotion services, and online reservation system as well. trobex maintains and exploits websites of its own and also provides links to websites of third parties. These sites are hereafter referred to as ‘Websites’.
Hotels or villas or travel agents participating in trobex are hereafter referred to as ‘supplier’.
trobex is prepared to include information of supplier on its Websites and to facilitate the reservation of accommodations and vacation packages at the supplier via its Websites.

MEMBERSHIP OF PARTICIPANTS
trobex welcome the supplier to join now and it is FREE for lifetime membership.
NO registration fee and NO membership fee at all.

COOPERATION
trobex acts as the online marketing and promotion services provider for the supplier. And will provide extranet access for supplier to set-up and manage its own property through 3-Easy Steps.

1.Complete and submit your registration
Feel free to have the registration either by off-line way via fax to +62 361 761 969 or by on-line sign up through this web.

2.Verify your registration
Within 24 hours you will receive a call or email confirmation in order to validate & complete the registration process.

3.Start-up your on-line marketing & promotion
By the latest 7(seven) days length of business day after the verifying process you will receive your login information to get the access and start promoting your property.


INFORMATION MANAGEMENT THROUGH EXTRANET
All information (profile, rate, availability/allotment, policy, promotion, and so on) included in Websites is fully provided from the inventory supplied by supplier, and has to comply with formats and standards provided by trobex. The supplier is at all times responsible for a correct and up to date statement of the information, including the cancellation and no-show policies..

USE OF INFORMATION AND PROHIBITION OF DIRECT REFERENCES
supplier is not allowed to include telephone numbers or other direct references to supplier in the Websites information. Neither may other websites be mentioned nor may any references be made to hyperlinks to the websites of the supplier or that of third parties.

trobex retains the right to translate the information provided by the supplier into other languages and to shorten or standardize it. If trobex has any indications that the information about the supplier on the Websites is not correct, trobex retains the right to exclude or adapt the information. trobex is entitled to offer the information and special offers made by the supplier on the Websites via or in collaboration with (the websites of) third parties.

The order in which the supplier will be listed on the website, the so-called ranking, is determined independently by trobex. This ranking is automated and based on the sales made, minimum availability stated, the number of bookings related to the number of visits of supplier-page on the website, number of cancellations, the guest reviews and others technically. It is not possible to claim to trobex about the ranking.

AVAILABILITY, RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW
supplier commits itself to make available a minimum number of rooms, bookable via the booking tool of trobex for certain periods. supplier may introduce updates directly into the Websites via extranet.

Proof of the fax message or email containing confirmation of reservation that have been sent by trobex to supplier shall also act as proof of receipt aside from counter-evidence to be provided by the supplier. Reservation to the guest is fully guaranteed by online payment.

Reservations might be changed or cancelled anytime within the appropriate of supplier’s cancellation policy. Cancellations made after the supplier cancel policy period has lapsed or No Shows will be charged according to supplier’s cancellation policy.

RATE, COMMISSION & PAYMENT MODEL
Room/villa/vacation package’s rate should be issued in NETT condition, already includes any applicable taxes, governmental fees and other charges.

Online payments by credit cards shall be charged the full amount for the reservations and paid to trobex’s account on PayPal.
10% commission fee is applied to the supplier for the provision of trobex services of every reservation transactions, and shall be deducted directly from the online payments.

trobex shall accomplish payments of the transactions twice in a month,
On date of 15 for every transaction made from date of 30 to 14 inclusive, and
On date of 30 for every transaction made from date of 15 to 29 inclusive.

Payments shall be converted into Indonesian Rupiah, currency exchange according to PayPal’s date of transaction, and then can be either transferred to supplier’s Bank account or collected by the supplier itself by attending trobex’s office-site.
Any charges issued from the Bank upon payment or fund transfer shall be burden to supplier’s Bank account.

AGREEMENT INFORMATION
This agreement will not exist between you and trobex for the registration unless and until we accept your confirmation either by call or email confirming your membership and issue you an extranet access or login information.

supplier and trobex may terminate this agreement at any and all times and without reason given, in compliance with a period of notice of 30 days. After termination of the agreement, the supplier has to honor all reservations for the upcoming period that already had been paid.
