How to make a reservation ?

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
When you have completed of the reservation process, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reservation details as well as your booking number.

Cancellation?
You can cancel your reservation by click My Booking Link, Please complete your registered email and booking number. You will receive a confirmation email containing your reservation details as well as your booking status.

Cancellation policy?
Trobex.com will never charge you a cancellation fee. However, in order to avoid a cancellation fee from the hotel, please make sure you cancel on time according to the cancellation policy of the hotel. You will find the cancellation policy on the “Hotel Policies” section at the bottom of overview page of the hotel.

Paypal Payment Problem ?
Internet Explorer:
1.) Select the "Tools" option from the Firefox top menu.
2.) From the resulting drop-down menu select "Internet Options" The "Internet Options" dialogue box appears.
3.) Click on the "Privacy" tab.
4.) On the "Privacy" page, click the button labeled "Sites". This opens the "Per Site Privacy Actions" dialogue box.
5.) Enter "paypal.com" (without the quotation marks) into the "Address of website:" text field and click the button labeled "Allow"
6.) Now simply click "OK" to close the "Per Site Privacy Actions" dialogue box and then click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" dialogue box.
7.) Clicking the "PayPal" button above will now successfully navigate you to the Kelley Kakes PayPal payment page.

Mozilla Firefox:
1.) Select the "Tools" option from the Firefox top menu.
2.) From the resulting drop-down menu select "Options" The "Options" dialogue box appears.
3.) Click on the "Privacy" icon.
4.) On the "Privacy" page, in the "Cookies" section find the button labeled "Exceptions" and click it. This opens the "Cookies - Exceptions" dialogue box.
5.) Enter "paypal.com" (without the quotation marks) into the "Address of web site:" text field and click the button labeled "Allow"
6.) Now simply "Close" the "Cookies - Exceptions" dialogue box and then click the button labeled "OK" in the "Options" dialogue box.
7.) Clicking the "PayPal" button above will now successfully navigate you to the Kelley Kakes PayPal payment page.
